Go to their website and you will find it there.  We`d recommend this company 100% as they gave us the perfect holiday . We used to deal with " Olympic holidays " who were a nightmare gone wrong so we went to sunshine holidays because sunshine actually helped us at the airport in Cyprus one year as Olympic were as much use as a canoe with a handbrake lol .After sunshine helping us out in our hour of need we decided to give them a try for the same package holiday and they 100% better in every dept you could think of !Well done Sunshine Holidays and thanks again.

There is no easy way to get their phone number, They are part of hays Travel. They registered in Cramlington new Town near Newcastle. This is the best Number I have been able to come up with, but not sure it will reach the Sunshine Travel people. They trade as a number of different companies. Saying that, we have found contacting them by email has met our needs so far. We have had prompt replies. apologies for not being able to be of more help. If you look them up on "saynoto0870" there are a couple of other numbers but only one freefone. Regards

There is a phone number in the small print on your tickets otherwise you can only e mail them and they do respond very quickly one of the reasons there prices are so cheap.
Report this content sillybait Written on: 23/05/2014
Look at the bottom of the page and click contact, you then get the option to ask a question via email or search through various answers or go to second paragraph box and click on contact Admin where this number appears, They do everything online to keep the cost down which if you compare to other sites is very cheap

I found the site by accident through searching google. I have booked a forthcoming holiday with them. I have had a couple of minor hick-pups, like on my e.ticket they put my name followed by Sunshine and the address they put wasn't mine, but theirs. They have told me it has all been sorted so I hope so. The reason I chose this company was that I wanted to stay at a particular hotel in Turkey where I stayed last year and it wasn't in the brochure this year. I am worrying a little though as I have tried to contact the hotel direct and the number has been unobtainable and I have received no reply to my emails, but Sunshine assure me that all is well!!! I just can hope and pray they are right.

Report this content Wazzman Written on: 25/04/2014
No I printed them off myself off their mail to me If you don't have an email address or a printer I'm sure they would assist in sending them They were extremely helpful to me Kind regards
Report this content Bluenosemark Written on: 25/04/2014
No they operate the same way as most operators do nowadays. You need to log into your account and print the tickets (called vouchers) off
Report this content Lals45 Written on: 25/04/2014
No. They don't send tickets in the post. They send an email to the email address you provided, giving details on how to login to your sunshine account (which you'll register when you buy your holiday) and from there you'll print what they call you vouchers - essentially a paper version of an e-ticket. Present this to your hotel on arrival and enjoy! My hotel immediately recognised sunshine and I had no problems at all.
Report this content RodJones22025 Written on: 25/04/2014
No, they send you electronic vouchers (by email) for your flights and your hotels. Hope that this helps!
Report this content sbilsby Written on: 25/04/2014
As other people have said you need to follow the instructions on the confirmation emails log into your account and print off all documentation. I have used them many times and always had excellent service.
Report this content johnboy2201 Written on: 25/04/2014
No they don't it's a ticketless system - just print off their email attachments.
Report this content MWill812 Written on: 25/04/2014
Hi, Sunshine do not send tickets. If you log into your account, you should have links where you click on and print out all your tickets / vouchers. I had a link for flight tickets, accomodation and also airport car parking. I think they are available to print as soon as the holiday is paid in full.
Report this content Sunnychap Written on: 25/04/2014
We got ours by email & then printed them out.
Report this content twride Written on: 25/04/2014
Sunshine do everything on-line. Once you've registered with Sunshine you will be given your login details. As and when you pay for your holiday different vouchers become available on the on-line system. You will need to download and print off these vouchers and take them with you on holiday. For example if you've booked a flight Sunshine will upload flight vouchers, if you've booked a hotel they will upload hotel vouchers, likewise for transfers along with your ATOL certificate. All your vouchers will be on the on-line system once you're fully paid up. Every once in a while you may get an email advising you that you have new vouchers. These will normally be updated ones to replace those already on the system. Even your flight will be verified with these vouchers. You need to take this to the check-in desk on arrival at your airport for your boarding cards to be issued. Or you can, using the details Sunshine give you on the flight voucher, login to the airline website and check-in on-line if that facility exists for your airline. In this case you'll be able to print off your boarding cards before you go. Make sure you have all your vouchers before you go on holiday and take them all with you. Hope this helps.

Hi , sunshine sent us confirmation tickets via an email which we simply print off as it seems the way most companies do these days instead of sending anything in the post ( prob due to royal mail can`t be trusted to do anything right these days lol )We found sundhine great as we have used the likes of Olympic holidays in the past who were as much use as a canoe with a handbrake lol but sunshine were simply perfect from start to finish doing everything they said they would .Thank you and feel free to ask me any other questions you may have ...

Not as far as I know. All online - so easy though - just access your account and print the tickets whenever you want. Very helpful useful service, no waiting for tickets to arrive or get lost in the post. I've used sunshine for several bookings now and just booked with them again, they are faultless! Also recommended to friends who have also used them.

Hi Alfie Once you have paid your balance in full - sunshine send you your e-tickets which you print off and take to the airport with you....I was nervous about this the first time but there was absolutely no problems! You need to print out two sets of tickets - one for the outward journey and then the others for the return journey - I just kept them separate for ease. If you have booked your accommodation through sunshine, again you need to print off your accommodation voucher and just hand it into your hotel/apartments when you arrive easy peasy - no fuss and no problems
