SUNQUEST IS TERRIBLE. We booked our vacation on line through Itravel2000 - we were unaware that our provider would be "Sunquest" until we printed off our online tickets. We arrived at the resort late - there was no one from Sunquest to greet us... They called early the next morning to explain where we were supposed to meet them in order to receive information on our resort etc... But when we showed up to speak to our representative they weren't there... In fact every time we tried to talk to someone there was never a representative around. The staff at the resort said they always have the da e complaints regarding Sunquest not being available for their customers. We continued on with our vacation and the resort was amazing. Upon our departure they were over 50 mins late picking us up from the resort... "Unacceptable" we needed 3 hours at the airport prior to the flight and arrived an hour before take off... Again the staff at our resort offered to pay for a taxi and have us transported to the airport to avoid issues. This isn't the first time I've used Sunquest - we had issues with them before. That being said we will never us them again. They could care less about their customers.
