we where booked to fly to Egypt at 10am on the 5/11/15 no way to contact Sunmaster between 10pm and 9am so left stranded at airport as told by them at 9pm on the 4th that we were still flying and had to drive from Plymouth to Birmingham so made sure before we set off that we were still flying. At 9.55am 5 minutes before we should have been taking off Sunmaster phoned to say it was cancelled and that no one works after 10pm so could not contact us before this time as opened at 9am. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. they need 24hr customer services.
