Sunmaster Holiday Feedback

I was a little cautious when booking with Sunmaster as the price increased from the quote on the system to when I actually booked over the phone. (thats why they did not get 5 stars) But I was still quite happy as the increase covered baggage allowance on the plane so it all felt comfortable.

However once I had booked and paid I then read some of the reviews on Sunmaster ( which perhaps I should have done prior to booking and paying ) and felt very "very" nervous as they were horrific BUT I have to say my concerns were not necessary.

The documnentation was sent to me swiftly. All Vouchers were perfect. Seats were all booked. transit Collections at the airport were fabulous and hotel was excellent.

There was an air strike by Frence airspace workers prior to our departure from Mallorca and when calling from abroad to Sunmaster to check the position they were immediately contactable and knowledgeable which put our mind instantly at rest.

Really excellent service and I would definately go through them again but know when booking price may increase slightly.
