5 days before my departure date I emailed Sunmaster regarding the fact that the resort we were going to was not the resort advertised on their website and was asking if we needed revised paperwork for the accomadation voucher. I received a notification stating that they had received my email but I didn't receive any answer to my question. I've been home 5 days now and still nothing even though there wasn't any problem in the end.
