I booked a holiday at 4 days notice. The staff on the telephone were friendly and helpful and the staff member dealing with my booking did her best to find me exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. With so little time they also made sure that my documents were all released early enough for me to access and print them out on a public internet connection. All arrangements made ran smoothly and efficiently. Would definitely use again.
