Sunmaster changed our hotel two days before we was due to travel.saying they had over booked our hotel.we had to do all the ringing They didn't even send our tickets to us for the altered hotel and we was due to fly just 8 hours later we was constantly on the phone to them costing us a fortune in calls not once did they contact us.apart from a email saying are hotel was full.what would have happened should we not have read our emails.we have complained to them a month ago and not even a reply if the complaints department can't be bothered to reply says a lot about the company doesn't it...the apartments they gave us was like a pensioners retreat..
