I booked a holiday to Turkey for my family with sunmaster holidays for Aug 2013. When we arrived at Dalaman airport to pick up our transfer to the hotel, we were told it had been cancelled by sunmaster. A stressful two hours later we organised our own transfer and got to our hotel having had to fork out a tidy sum. In Turkey, the reps could tell me who was responsible and the date our transfer was cancelled. Since my return mid August, I have contacted them three times and I have not had a single contact from them apart from the automated response. I simple want my transfers refunded and their complaints system does not allow you to speak to anyone. My advice, book your holiday with someone who has a complaints procedure where you can talk to someone. My dealings with sunmaster are now through ATOL.
