Very helpful on initial contact however, was a bit cross that the price had gone up from the advertised one (apparently this is a regular thing). Hotel we chose was at a lower cost than with most other companies though.

Paperwork was constantly being sent through to me by email with updates apparently contained within it, I did not however, find where these updates were, so ended up with at least 6 sets of paperwork!

Overall experience with Sunmaster was good.
