Very disappointed with the service I received from sunmaster. Firstly my online booking price changed by £200 when confirmed by phone. The resort sealine hotel in alayna was advertised as 4star was clearly 3 and displayed as three on the hotel. Advertised as family hotel but offered only one water slide to the pool and nothing else for kids. No food choice for kids, food generally very poor. The return transfer did not show up and we had to pay a private taxi to reach the airport in time for flying. When complained to sunmaster and requested refund for the taxi fare they just simply ignored the email around a dozen of them. It's now over two months with no response apart from one three weeks ago to say they are chasing the officer who's handling my case. Not recommended at all.
