Tour Manager - Wajid

Whole the tour should be scrapped and merged to some other tour. The itenary says Tour is for 5 days but you actually enjoy 2 days, rest 2.5 days are simply traveling on the bus.

To travel to switzerland we need to cross france, Germany, luxembourg via bus which consumes 2 days of the bus journey.

I felt mis-guided with the itenary. Along with that, the additional excursions are 50% cost of the itenary which people dont realise until they pay for aditional excursion. I would suggest to include aditional excursions to the itenary itself to let people know how much they will actually pay for the whole trip. and then they can decide whether they want to have the trip or not.

Time provided for additional excursion are not worth value for money. When I pay £400 for a 5 day tour, the aditional excursion for Mt Jungfrau I paid extra cost £115 and the tour guide just allowed 1 hour 45 mins for the place. Do you think this is justified?

For Rhine Fall - is 45 mins enough to go to near the fall and comeback to couch, when there would be a huge queue for getting into the boat?

For Trummelbach Waterfalls - again same : is 45 mins enough to go in the queue and then climb the stairs all the way to top ? And again dont get time to see all the 10 falls ? You just get time to see the the bigger one while you pay 15 euro to see all of them.

When you say "Premium service of a Star Tours’ Tour Manager" does it mean that the tour manager will leave a group of 8 people on the top of the Mt Jungfrau just because they came late by 5 minutes to what the tour manager has asked them. And the tour manager never bothered to ask why they were late, did anyone sliped or injured them self while going inside that ice cave?

Whey you say " All tips and service charges" do you mean that tour manager will take you to those shops which he has good contact and can get some free goodies or some commission for himself when the customer buy something

In my last year trip for Paris with Star tours, I had provided feedback about food taste they provided. After 1 year, nothing changed. In Paris we have provided dinner at Bhojan Resturant chain. The non-veg dish provided at Bhojan resturant tastes and smells raw meat smell. ( They dont cook meat at all, they simply boil them in the curry, So you will get a raw meat smell when you eat or smell)

In switzerland you have provided food at same Bhojan chain resturant and same raw smell was coming out of chicken curry. Do you think Indian dinner taste like that anywhere in India?

And this time the vegetarian dishes where competing with non-veg dishes. There was smell of frozen peas with all the curries where they put peas. Looks like you take out a frozen peas packet and spread over the dishes once they are cooked and kept aside for serving.

Again with "Premium service of a Star Tours’ Tour Manager" he mentioned multiple times that Star tours pays him for covering itenary. So thats his priority. doesn't matter if someone is struck at anywhere, he will leave and ask them to come and meet him at next point by their own. No attention is paid towards the liking or disliking of tour members, why? Was it intentional or just happened like that?

The hotels provided for this tour were poor. First one Ramada Hotel Engelberg - Bathroom had strong fishy smell. With temperature mounting to 30-32 degree, hotel rooms doesn't have fan or AC at all. just have got a room heater. Feels like star tours just goes for the cheapest to cheapest hotels what ever they can get. doesn't matter if its suitable for living at different weather conditions.

The second hotel - Holidayinn express at Strasbourg - Room bed was smelling fishy. I think they didn't care checking whether its clean or not.
