I know in this space we are not allowed to write staff members or our names but "Rules are made to be broken"...having said that here goes my review about you guys :)

KuDdOs to “Star tours” to Hire the Right People for the Right Job.

It’s my second venture with you guys and again had an amazing time.

Firstly, three cheers for the Pilot aka Driver Neil who not only drove safely but was extremely witty. The best quality about him which me and my husband liked was, he would ask each an every person in the group how the place was after we board back from the site seeing. Every morning, I have seen the bus spic and span with daily trash bags getting changed, the passion for his work definitely shows and I did learn a lot from him which I am thankful about.

Secondly, a big thumbs up for the Tour manager aka Dilip. Hes a complete sweetheart and knows his job well. The way he narrates World war stories you would definitely feel he was one of the peasant / struggler/freedom fighter in those days (hehehheheh). I hate history, but this man made me love history and now even I can say few stories about the past ;-). Amazingly talented guy and hoping none of the good comments get on his head. Another quality I liked the best about this man was, when he knew I have been to this tour before, he made sure he showed the same place with a different angle/twist/view. Highlights were the Arc de triomphe and Eiffel tower in Paris Night tour which definitely I had not seen this way before infact the Arc wasn’t even covered last time and I am glad to have taken the tour again as this was more informative than the previous tour.

Thirdly, an awesome group. They definitely are like our extended family now and this wouldn’t have been possible without Dilip and Neo. Dilip had organized amazing games, thanks to which we all bonded well with each other. As the saying goes no war can be won alone, similarly, no group games could have been won alone either and these games did bind us together very well. I know for sure whenever I come to Uk next I have 50ppl to call to and similarly when these guys come to Mumbai me and my husband would be happy to have them around.

The hangover of this small trip would last long in each one of our memories :)

The accommodations have never been an issue when it comes to this Tour group, just to my surprise the breakfast spread was reduced not much variety this time, plus the dinner on the first day wasn’t upto the mark.

The new rotating cable car which almost ruined our moods on Mt.Titlis, was nobody’s fault but these guys did make up for the time lost and we did spend the allotted time @Mt.Titlis. I have been to other tours before where any such kind of a problem happens and they would ask us to go to the next place so that their schedule doesn’t get disturbed also we don’t get enough time to spend in a place and it rather be called as a running tour. But Dilip did make sure we enjoyed the most at every place and Neil did pull it off well when we were running behind schedule because of the Mt.Titlis goof up and we still managed to see all the places mentioned in the itinerary.

Best is always kept in the last as they say, and for us it was Neil’s Hindi song. He sang beautifully for all of us and was practicing while we were busy doing our boat cruise in Paris.

In short a FAN-fatang-TASTIC trip, fortunately for us most of them were of the same age group hardly 4 elderly couple who too enjoyed equally. I did go through the reviews and I saw a nasty review which you can make it, out of the 56ppl just 2 had problems so just a suggestion from my side why don’t you guys do a age group wise tours as well. So that such people who have problems having others enjoying in the tour can choose groups as per their age group. I am sure that one nasty message would not make your moral down as Star tour as a team ROCKS!!!!!!!!

And looking forward for some more new destinations in your kitty and adding the same in my TO-DO checklist who wishes to see the world. I really can go on and on about my experience and the trip, but it’s really boring reading big reviews init? So cutting it right away here and just wanna say Stay blessed :)

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion mam about doing a "Age group Wise" trip.I think this forum is about posting your review about the trip you had and not about reviewing and commenting about what others have to say? We can understand you are head over heels for the Tour manager which made you place wrong dates but that does not imply that you can review what other's are commenting?

Well I had loads to say about your generic idea where you stated only 2 people had issues and the rest had fun.But review center is about reviewing travels and not other people's comments?

Hello,

We can AGREE to DISAGREE that an "Age group Wise" trip doesn't guarantee "Same Mentality" Trip.

We ALL Pay for a Trip for enjoying our Leisure Time and the word "Enjoy" is TOO generic to be caged within Dancing, Seating, Drinking or Simply Enjoying THE TOUR.

So let's keep on reviewing and put our own comments rather than pointing out other comments, be it NASTY or be it CRUNCHY.
