Europe panorama aug 31 '13

I took my 9 year old son on the 5 day tour across Europe (Panorama). Star tours did a great job - especially commendable was the Tour Guide, Hosang, who was a fountain of knowledge and also great fun. His energy, drive and ability to provide detailed, accurate information really livened up the tour for me and my son. What stood out for me was also the flexibility of the Star Tours staff,always at hand to help - to help charge my phone, or to aid a passenger who lost his passport, or to return my cuckoo clock when I left if behind in the bus at the end of the tour.

What made the tour special was also the friends we made - it was a great experience helping each other have fun...and making connections that have outlasted the tour - including an invitatation to visit Mr Guide in Bombay :-) The Star Tours management team also did a great job, especially Hosang and Manjit, their customer focus and dedication to our enjoyment is exemplary - many other companies can learn from them...

On the improvement side, some of the bus rides were very long (can't be helped) and the food on day1 lunch was served in a run down place. Thereafter things lot better and more than made up for it.

Overall, I am delighted and have already recommended Star Tours to others..
