“Discover Europe with Disney (9 Days)”

It was a fantastic trip for the entire family including kids. It was our first trip with star tours and started on a bad note with bus breakdown just 30 minutes before Dover. Though it took nearly 4 hours before the replacement bus left with us, the tour manager (Rayamond) did a great job keeping all the families updated at regular intervals and providing us with subway sandwich and ensuring that the lunch was provided to us once we crossed the channel. The trip on that day was rushed and tiring, which was understandable given the circumstances. The accommodation provided were of a high standard and high quality vegetarian food was made available as promised.
We changed the bus on day 4 which had the best team (Adi as tour manager and Ron as the driver). From then on our experience was even better. Adi never let us get bored by the long bus journeys and had a variety of games in his bag and made sure that all, including kids of different ages were involved. Adi was impressive with his vast knowledge of places and significance and history (We called him Adipedia) and made sure that we visited all the sites possible. Ron used to crack jokes to keep the mood going on and drove safely and fept the comfort of the passengers as his priority.
The only thing to comment is that on completion of tour, people getting off at Wembley were provided complimentary dinner whereas people using star tours pickup service to go further on were not provided any food. It defies logic as people getting off at Wembley would be either going home soon or to their accomodation and food should not be a problem but those going ahead with kids and older people that should have been offered to, as they will be reaching home in the middle of the night!!!. The only advice to people using pickup services is that it is not keeping the customers necessities as a priority.
