Our trip was amazing!! We saw so many places in the short amount of time we had, and the tour manager Adi Dalal made the trip very memorable. He handled this huge group with calm and ease and made sure we saw all that Italy had to offer. He also was able to help my spouse surprise me with a personal gondala ride that he helped arrange. Before each day, we knew what we would see and what the next days information will be. We highly recommend him as a tour manager
