The Tour Manager 'Adi Dalal' was brilliant with his extra ordinary talent of involving everyone in games & his Vast Knowledge of history, he made the 'Europian Delights' trip Memorable. We are on strip from 9th May 2012 to 20th May 2012 and we are surprised that we have already spent 8 days so far- we get to see lit of different places and getting to know the history of each places - we can't even get to sleep in the Coach as Adi constantly keeps telling us different things about countries and City's and asks us qyestions which Even Google can't answer- all the group of 50 people are like a family and we enjoy every day playing games and singing songs-

I was very annoyed on the first day with Star Tours office as mentioned by someone earlier they don't give us seat numbers and they say that the numbers are allocated automatically as per the booking- but that is not true- I had made the booking 3 months earlier and I was told only 3 seats were booked so far & I will have the 4th seat but they don't give anything in written- & the 1st day tour Manager 'Shahji' was Hopeless, Pathetic and Rude, he don't even know the meaning of Hospitality- we were given the last seats from 2nd day an Shahji was telling me if I get anything in written or seat numbers he will follow it, if not don't even ask- I have never seen a hopeless tour manager Like Shahji who sleeps for 6-8 hrs on the 1st day sitting next to the driver 'Snoring'- Now I feel lucky that we have got 'Adi' as a tour manager from 2nd day
