Discover Europe Tour 15-23 Aug 11

We participated in this tour for 9 days and our experience was not so great.

Food: We opted for this tour being vegetarian. But food, although vegetarian, was horrible, specially lunch. poor arrangement, Hygeine - less than average, standing on road side, perhaps not legal to cook at these places, oily. You feel as if some one is obliging.
Tour Manager : Udai: He is more adminstrator to tourists than a tour manager. Doesn't keep his own time but will blame tourists for all delay. Not a good tour guide / manager overall.
Hotel/Motels: Mostly good but in remote location quite away from cities so you have no chance to see city life. He did not arrange Amesterdom night life tour because hotel was too far. For some it was a life time chance.
Coaches: Condition of coaches paricularly chairs not good. Tourists complained / fought as they were not movable. Our coach brke down at two places ...1. waite and wastage of three hours with no alternate arrangement. 2. It broke at Dover at 6 pm and there was no arrangement for 5-6 hours with no food. Even tour manager disappeared. I had to hire taxi at about 11 pm when there was no hope. They have still not agreed to pay our taxi bills.
Customer Service; After you pay and complete the tour they dont listen to your complaint and stick to their point.
Overall : Not a very good experience.
