We booked flights for my 80 year old mother to the US being very clear that we needed these to be adjustable as she might need to come back sooner.

All good but when we called to amend then put on a £200 charge for doing so which they never told us about. They even said and I quote "we're doing you a favor changing at all"

A bad company with the worst set of customer service people to discuss problems. They hang up on us 3 times and failed to call us back when promised. You can also never get through to a manager or anyone senior.

A would never use this company again.
