no doubt that they have very good deals for flights and holidays packages which perhaps you will not find with other travel agents. Although i am happy with the prices, they were not able to gurantee that i will get bulk head seats on the plane. they could only take my request saying its a special request and is subject to availability. And although i did get them onbaord, i feel the unnecessary anxiety that I had was easily avoidable if they could have guaranteed the seats at teh time of booking.
