I wanted to organise a family trip to Spain and called Divya who I expected would straight away jump at the opportunity as my mum has mobility problems . Divya asked me to join the tour to Spain and I told him my mum will not be able to sit for long or walk for long.

On the website it clearly says that Sona Tours can help organise such trips but instead Divya asked me book everything directly. If Divya has recommended the hotel etc and asked me to book directly then I wouldn't have complained but for someone who wants to keep his mother's dream alive and cannot help other people who want their terminally ill mother to travel places is beyond my understanding.
