Last minute calls before holiday changing the hotels - different reasons given to different members of the party .
Having been promised same quality we in fact got massively down graded to dodgy down at heel hotels. Calls and emails were ignored - and no one contacted us to arrange pick ups.and transfers back to airport. Truly appalling customer service. Will never use Solitaire again Be warned
