On the site it said call for lower unpublished price, so after checking online, I call & the rep. guy told me that the flight that I was checking was all booked but there's another flight but it will be about $300 more for each ticket???!!! wTF????!! Really????!!!!! He lied right to my face, there was another site that had the lower price without the $20 discount which only make $10 difference. They did the same thing when I called. So I did purchase the ticket with them & complete my purchase online instead. Very dishonest!!

I feel like was given the run around the customer service rep was rude, and they tried to trick me into getting the most expensive ticket not friendly at when they realized they can't win a deal there done with the phone call or the online chat needs improvement service very poor if I had corporate number lets just it wouldn't be a bob was great! Received confirmation from SmartFares.com that my flight was processed and received a reservation number. I thought everything was all set, then I received an email from the Airline informing of a flight cancellation with a different verification number. Very confusing. “they cancelled my flight and didn't notify me”

i booked a flight to work out of town. i happened to check on the reservation 2 days prior and all of a sudden it came up as cancelled. no one had called me, no one had emailed, no one had text me, NOTHING!!! Now i am less than 48 hours prior to me reservation and to me needing to be out of town to work without a way to get there. Did not like that there was no opportunity to review the booking prior to the charges going through on the credit card therefore I was not able to review the booking information to confirm it was correct and just as importantly, to see that the rate on the website was in us funds and what the new cost would be once converted to canadian funds. I've called four times trying to cancel my flight within the twelve hours for a full refund, the first representative said I couldn't get a refund, the second one said there was a fifty dollar fee and the third said I would get a full refund but someone has to call me back no one ever called back. “Could not get promtion code discount”

I tried to get the promotion code discount for this flight that was advertised today by Smart Fares on its web site.
