Aug. 13. Made an airline reservation. Cancelled reservation 10 min. later. Was told that I would be charged 50.00 by airline. States on website that 100% refund. Called credit card company. No charges, yet, on card for this reservation. Associate was rude and demanding on the phone. I asked for supervisor. Told by associate there wasn't any. Associate stated he could not cancel reservation until I paid the 50$.
I hung up on him and called smart fares back. Talked to another associate who was more than helpful in trying to get me a better airfare and resolving the issues surrounding my last contact with other associate. So far, no original charges. I booked a flight on this website myself. Terrible service at first and then great service by another associate.
