* does not listen to customer.
* gets the information when given all screwed up
* Gets the seats that I needed not understood
* Reminds me of someone off the street to do a 1
day job.
* She should be fired , has bad representation of the company
* She cannot sent appropriate email correctly and only waiting
for a disaster to happen on my reservation fights from SJC to PHL.
* never got the feeling she cared or had a nice warm disposition on the phone. She became argumentive. not good last night 7/21.
