I booked online for a multi-city trip, received a confirmation email and was happy. I then found out three days later that my booking had been cancelled for no apparent reason. I spent 2 days trying to call the customer service centre, one day I waited on hold for almost 45 minutes. I finally got through and was told that the flight I had booked was no longer available and it would be $300 more to book what I wanted. After a pointless phone call I went online and found a deal $150 cheaper than what he agent was offering me. Serious waste of time. I wont be using this site again.
