In the booking process I attempted to learn how to add costs for luggage (Spirit flight) by calling the toll free number. The gentleman in India let me know that couldn't be done even though those costs were outlined in the booking detail. Now, 3 hours after completing the online reservation process without baggage fees included, I have yet to receive any confirmation that the flight has been booked. I'm most disturbed that I cannot determine whether the flight has been booked or whether my credit card has been charged for the flight costs. It shouldn't be this hard!
