Search was not yielding direct flight options when I was browsing the website and I had to book connecting international flights. A few minutes after my booking, I searched website again and now suddenly it was showing direct flights. Having already booked the flights, I called customer service just minutes after booking and they were not at all helpful to rebook me on direct flights. Customer Service kept saying higher difference in prices than what I could see online right at that moment. Sounded like they were just ready to rip me off, saying they see higher prices on their screen while I constantly refreshed my screen and kept seeing lower prices that what Customer Service was saying. Overall, very bad experience and guys were not at all helpful.
