“The worst booking expirence i had!!”

After checking all terms and conditions, I entered my intl Mastercard data, only after that do i find that im charged with an extra $10 and that my booking is notr confirmed till i fax and scann a form and my passport. never had to deal with things of such sort, Im traveling to south america, i cant take care of that kind of logistics.
when i send an e-mail to the customer service i got no reply so know i dont even know if i have a icket or not.

My flight is in two days!

could have been nice to know all that requierd before, i would have never booked it through smartfares
