Disappointed that SmartFares charged $500.00 for the cancellation of a repeat booking of two airline tickets, even though the cancellation was done within less than 12 hours after a double booking was realised.
Clientele return to a vendor primarily for good customer service showing understanding for honest mistakes.
The pricing is good...in fact very good...but felt taken advantage of for honest mistake. So I will not use this medium again or recommend. In fact I will discourage others from using this site.
Customer Service is premium. Improve that area!
