The site is great and I found it easy to follow. however the first submission was rejected and then the price went up by $10. I realise that this is because we are paying in NZ dollars but it would have been better if this had been explained in the web page.
Now I am required to fax a form and copies of my passport and credit card. We don't use faxes any more! I hope I can email the information.
