“I missed you!”

I am really unhappy with missing these service during our last holiday trip. But For next tour we will took this for our beautiful journey which may require very vast. But i find another local service which help to book in our last minute of touring in Australia. The Accommodation and Traveling will would afforded by the trip agency which may require very helpful for us.

“2 holidays booked and 6 star service”

First holiday we booked with 6 star was our honeymoon, they send us quotation for lots of different hotel in Maldives and even give us their opinion. The advisor was 5 star helping in the process and we asked to send our travel documents a few days before because we live in Portugal and we got it a week before. As I said we live in Portugal and asked her to start our journey in London and we book the flight from Portugal to London. Big mistake because TAP delayed 3 ours and we missed our flight from London to Istanbul, we called the assistance number we got with our travel documents and once again the services was really good, he did a fantastic job and we manage to get in Maldives 5 hours later than expected but we enjoy the week spend in there. Second holiday was 4 days in Disneyland paris with our little one and once again everything we ask for we got. For sure we will book more holidays with Six Star.

“Excellent service- great attention to detail”

our agent at Six star Holiday and we wanted a specific location and experience in South Africa for our safari holiday. This was a bucket list holiday for me as a transplant patient and Cat ensured every detail was specifically catered to our individual needs. Support and constant attention to detail was ongoing throughout our decision making process on which lodge to stay in, what would be needed, costs calculated and specific attention to dietary requirements was all specifically noted and arranged. Once booked The agent kept in touch with us up to date of departure to ensure we understood all elements of our travel experience. The holiday itself was exceptional and more than met our expectations, I did not need to go through my needs on arrival at our destination staff were expecting us and everything was In place just as we were expecting. The attention to detail was first class and indeed six star. Contact was made on arrival back in the UK to ensure our holiday met our expectations, which it certainly did. If I had one criticism it was about our flight which I believe Six Star had no control but it would be great if they could have booked our seat on the flight as we were stuck in the middle of four seats on an overnight flight and the two gentlemen on either side do us slept the whole flight and we couldn't get up. It did not detract from the super fantastic holiday.

“Poor service levels and low staff standards”

Passed from pillar to post documents arrived 1 day before departure I would never recommend this outfit. Seller spoke to me daily before I booked after that no contact shocking We're pensioners and in 40 years of travel have never been treated like this seller C you should be ashamed at the level of service Disgruntled Cheshire

“The best travel agent I have used in 30 years ”

I have been travelling for over 30 years and have always used 1 of 4 travel agents, on this particular occasion I wanted to take my wife somewhere special for our Ruby wedding anniversary, I had been recommended six star holidays from a friend at the golf course, I contacted the office and spoke with an advisor who explained that she would be my personal concierge ( very impressed with the first impression ) she had been to the Maldives and recommended the Banyan Tree, she really understood our needs and took time to ensure that we had all questions answered, the price she got us was excellent in comparison to some of the bigger travel agents and she called us 3 times before we went to ensure we were well prepared ( so impressive ) The holiday was incredible and my wife wants to go again, the personal service and attention to detail was world class , would highly recommend

I've booked with hdc to go to Turkey. I was told I would receive an email in a few days to confirm the booking. It's all paid for but still not had the email to confirm this. I only booked on Friday. Does this sound right? I'm getting rather worried as I've never booked this way before? Thanks
