My wife booked cabins for her and her 89 year old mother on P&O Azura. They promised adjacent cabins on the same deck but have actually booked cabins two decks apart. The ship sails tomorrow and the rep at Six Star cruises will not help. In fact he will not even take our calls, that's if you can afford to wait half an hour in the telephone queue.
Call one of their many "sister" companies (e.g. cheapcruises.com) and pretend to be a new customer and they answer instantly. Look up their ABTA number (L3743) and you will see they trade under many different names:
"Also trading as Alaska Only, Cruise 118, Mail Travel, River Voyages, Sail From UK, Scotland's Cruise Centre, Six Star Cruises, Telegraph Travel, We Book Any Cruise, www.alaskaonly.com, www.cheapcruises.com, www.cruises.com, www.rivervoyages.com, www.sailfromuk.com, www.sixstarcruises.com, www.webookanycruise.co.uk, www.worldcruiser.co.uk"
Six Star Cruises seems to be the place to go if you want to pay full price but get the same appalling service as their discount outlets.
Don't go near these people. Next time we would book direct with P&O - they are doing their best to help, although it is now too late to move cabins apparently. It even turns out that they Six Stars had not linked the reservations for my wife and mother so if we had not contacted P&O they would have been eating at separate tables!
