The worse customer service i ever encounter, I do not recommended to anyone no matter how "cheap" they could be,after you purchase with them and for any reason something happens forget it, they will never help you, it happens to me and many friends. Do Not Buy Ticket with SELL OFF VACATION - EVER - When I bought the ticket they told me that I will get a discount and that never happened never , they didn't have any valid excuse UNBELIEVABLE. “Very Poor Customer Service.”

Recently booked a trip to the Mayan Riviera with them. I chose a Roulette 5 from Sunquest. The hotel they assigned me was clearly on the Sunquest website as a 4 star resort, and I had booked and paid for a 5 star. Called my travel agent at Sell Off Vacations and she contacted her customer service. The Sell off Customer Service Rep called me and was not at all willing to help in any way.
