“Very rigid on returns”

For people who now or in the near future are looking for a good deal in europe rail country pass. I just wanted to say that the STA travel agency is not a good option. I booked my train ticket through and STA and they have not sent me a actual rail ticket but a information package. I have asked them to reprint the receit or refund the ticket, that have refused.
