Very helpful and caring describes Alex. He would try to find the best deal for you and explain pro and cons of all possibilities. Being new in the field he has improved a lot with experience. But I think there is still some room for betterment. He is willing to match the price quoted by any other agent or website. Alex has bought me tickets at least 4 times and only after my 3 positive experiences I have recommended Alex to others. I only hope that he helps the needy by quoting the lowest fare.
