My family is leaving for India this summer and they had made their reservation earlier. There was a eleventh hour change in my schedule and I wanted to accompany my family as well on the exact same airline and timing.

I tried various options and a colleague of my wife recommended Alex at Royal Air. He has listened to our case patiently, worked with us, and made the last minute booking for the same airline and timing at the best price possible.

We felt Alex was very approachable as he has understood our predicament and made the process much easier. He has definitely shown that he values customers and their relationships, and you can't expect to have this human touch or experience this interaction when you deal with machines and Internet (through online).
