I had booked a weekend to Paris to the IBIS hotel but they have pulled this trip due to not enough numbers and transferred us to an earlier Eurostar and this Mercure hotel! I am not happy as I had booked regional connecting trains and these have had to be changed as the Eurostar is now an earlier time. I have now just had to pay £150 extra (£40 admin charge) to change my tickets as this is a trip for my granddaughter for passing her exams! I am now severely out of pocket as they have taken away the trip I originally booked and had confirmed by them. I am not happy and will not use them again. They have offered to pay the £40 administration charge but I am still out of pocket through them changing the goal posts - not very Professional or good business!!!!
