Ritual Holidays is one of the most unprofessional travel agents. People should be careful while booking through them. I had traveled to Kerala recently and unfortunately selected them. They selected hotels for me which were one of a kind of experience. They were so adamant and forced me to go with their choice of hotels. I told that I could pay more if required but stay should be comfortable. Hotel Manickam Grand in Chennai was forced down my throat - the hotel room was filled with water at night. In Munnar, they selected a hotel (Le Celestium) which was under renovation when I was supposed to check in. What amazes me the most is that they took 75% of advance payment for hotel bookings 4 months in advance. They forced me to pay so that hotels could be booked. These people are so shameless that after coming back when I sent a complain email with water filled room video recording and photo of hotel under renovation they did not even bother to reply or apologize. I had asked for a refund but those thugs will definitely not give it. They issue "hotel vouchers" which I think is totally illegal. How can they issue vouchers on behalf of hotels, confirming the bookings, when hotel is under renovation? Be careful when you deal with them.
