“Borderline Deceptive Advertising”

I thought I was reserving a room online via Wyndham. Their web site looked like the Wyndham site, especially in the confirmation e-mail (hotel same pictures, etc.). Expedia and Booking.com are much more transparent in identifying themselves as a 3rd party booking site. I was a bit suspicious when they pre-billed me for the room, unlike Wyndham had previously done. When I checked in, the reservation had a misspelling in my name, but did exist. I Booked our hotel reservations through Reservation Counter. I had to call to change them and it was a NIGHTMARE. She didn't speak English and she had no idea how to change a reservation. She wanted me to cancel and rebook. And we all know how that would have went, I would have ended up with nothing. “Met an atrractive girl in the parking lot”

I met a girl in the parking lot very attractive and asked if I want to party. I said I like parties, so she asked which room I was in and asked if I needed anything. I gave her $100 and she got me a case of beer and a bottle of whiskey and brought it to m room. We had a few drinks actually all of the beer and whiskey. “dirty and dingy”

This is a rundown resort in need of updates. Each so called suite is privately owned, so the accommodation depends on the taste and cleanliness of the owner. Our suite was never actually cleaned. The towels were replaced and the bed was made. That's it. Both the couch and carpet were stained and the blankets smelled. The little shampoo wad never replaced. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE HEAD MAINTENANCE AND SECOND SHIFT GIRL AND THIRD SHIFT YOUNG GIRL AND YOUNG MAN. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT MADE THE STAY PLEASANT. You get what you pay for pictures are deceiving. We got a room at back of hotel room was old and clean but not like picture. I gues more elegant rooms are 100 or more. was disappointed in room. No carts for luggage at back door. Keys worked sometimes for doors . Key quit at 10 am on day of check out and locked us out. Had to ask for update on key to load luggage. “DISGUSTING ”

I walked into the lobby to be welcomed by an employee sitting across from a man that would not stop creepily staring at me & that wreaked so badly of alcohol that the whole lobby wreaked. Their conversation was loud & inconsiderate. The desk clerk wreaked like cigarettes. A group of men walked into the lobby wearing hoods & sunglasses (@ 8pm) seemingly sketchy. “Careful with your credit card”

Be sure not to change credit cards between the deposit and the check in or check out. They will charge BOTH credit cards!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any their explanation is they charge the first card as soon an you check in and they also charge the 2nd card when you check in. But they were generous enough to say I had a $0 balance!! I can't even rate this place except really horrible ,I rented a room for my son and his family during the Christmas holiday. First of all my son tells me that there was bugs crawling around, They went to make coffee the next morning and It was so dirty they wouldn't try cleaning it there self. They advertise flat screen TV. Not! They called the office and they said they only have 2 rooms with flat screen TV's. They also advertise internet and cable ,Not! they got 2 HBO channels and some other station. and no Internet. And the Comforter in the room was not clean. So NO THANK YOU ,NEVER AGAIN,WILL NOT BE BACK!

Looked just like the Hampton Inn's site. What finally tipped me off was that there was no place to enter AAA or HHonors discount. It was too late by then - I received three confirmation emails. I did call to cancel - reached an obviously offshore boiler room. The woman I spoke with was courteous and said the company would issue a "refund" - in three to ten business days! “Irresponsible Company”

When I booked my hotel through Reservation Counter, I stated more than once that I was traveling with 2 dogs. The agent "assisting" me repeated this information back to me, but never told me there was a pet fee.
