I paid extra for 2 queen beds, however when I got to the hotel they advised me that I paid for "whatever is available". When I told her I paid extra 2 queen beds she looked at my reservation that I had printed and sure enough, it said "standard room" and did not indicate that I had paid for 2 queen beds. Again, I paid more for 2 beds and did not get that.
