Called to make reservations at Gaylord Opryland. They said they worked for the hotel. took my money over the phone. Went to check in and was told I didn't have a reservation!! For two days there was no reservation there....still no reservation several days later. Have called and spoken to SEVEN people at Reservation Counter....they keep saying that the Gaylord has credited my account....BS!!! They never had a reservation through them. Said I should have a refund in 1 to 7 business days.
At this point I know I will have to fight it through my credit card. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!!!!
