Unfriendly and unhelpful, dishonest and unable to get the job done. Made a reservation online on july 7th, for check n date july 9th. We had canceled our reservation online a couple of hours later on july 7th...Reservations.com DID NOT inform the hotel we had canceled the reservation which in turn the hotel had charged us for a no show. Now, when we are trying to get our money back , both hotel and reservation.com are playing dumb and not working together basically pointing fingers at each other to not refund our money.
