Called them by accident thinking I had called Days Inn. They said I could have a king bed for one price and when I got to the hotel no king beds available, so i was stuck with two doubles: and I also learned reserving directly with Days' would have cost less!! They never sent an e-mail confirmation to me as promised and only when I called them back to request it did I learn they charged me $10.00 more for the doubles!! Without my knowledge! Then they wanted to charge me a "penalty" for canceling! DO NOT USE!!!
