very unprofessional site; and customer service is non-existent. if you get hung-up on (and it's very likely you will!) there is one way to complain: give them your name and e-mail. forget that! and forget doing any business with them..if you're smart.
i'll go one step further, i thought i was calling the reservation counter for the actual hotel i wanted to book (i'd already done the search) and didn't know that 'reservation counter' was a business (if you can call it that) so i will say i will never do business with any hotel that uses this site on their page. they are partially based in manila, and this is not bad on it's own (they deserve jobs too!) however the level of bad customer service i got when i tried to escalate my complaint to a supervisor only got worse. so all my sympathy has gone bye-bye, when it comes to the poor employees of a badly run scam operation, like reservation counter.
