A nightmare from the moment we booked. I did this for my 30th birthday party, I was going to book it myself but thought it would take the strain off to let a company do it for me enabling payments to be made in installments for everyone's ease. Big mistake. They got things wrong, told blatant lies about what they agreed and charged a fortune for doing naff all! Weren't able to pay monthly in the end and they took balances before they were due with no pre warning leaving several people in mega trouble with their money. After several phone calls (rarely being able to actually make contact) and a 4 page letter, we finally got what they promised, or so we thought. No meal on the plane as promised, nobody to meet you on the 'organised' nights out, nobody answering the emergency contact number while abroad, a hotel miles away from the nightlife with no pool, itinery wrong when it finally became available hours before departing, the event we booked to do was cancelled days before we travelled, and then the transfer home didn't turn up so we had to pay £200 in taxis to get to the airport!! This was the 2nd time I had been away with them and both times they have messed it all up. Luckily we just sorted ourselves out and managed to get by but am gutted we paid over the odds for them to do nothing but screw it all up! In the process of trying to claim our expenses back at the moment but don't suppose I'll have much joy judging by the 'service' so far. Genuinely a terrible, terrible company in every aspect of the word. Please don't let them ruin your special occasion and just book it yourself!!
