What a BALLS UP!
Travelled all the way to Birmingham for the most shocking weekend away of my life - we were going to organise a do ourselves for this once in a lifetime (hopefully) ;) experience for our 'stag' but thought we'd be better off letting red7 deal with a package for us, bearing in mind it can sometimes be hard to get 15 lads into a club / bar and the package they offered meant we'd all get in with little / no hassle.
What a mistake!!! so off we set on Friday afternoon, taking a day off work to get to Birmingham where we were set to do Zombie Paintball, a #50GBP train ticket and we were off...
On arrival the hotel rooms were allocated to us which in fairness was a fairly slick process and they got us in fairly quickly.
so 6pm arrives and we're heading off to Revolution Bar for dinner and drinks- We didnt expect much but what we got was actually shocking! a 'steak' which resembled an old shoe inner sole which was supposed to be rare was put in front of me with about 8 chips (when others had a good plate full) that i was suppsed to eat (I think?!) needless to say I (and some others) didnt eat. As the england match was on and we also had a few pre-paid for and arranged beers we stayed in the bar even though pretty much all of us wanted to leave.
We stayed for a while and then hit a couple of other bars in town , which were seemingly quiet also (and we had no trouble getting in)before we had to get to Gatecrasher before 10:30pm to get in (which we were told is free before 10:30pm anyway!) and continued to have a great night.
The next morning at breakfast 10:05am the stag party organiser got a call from Natalie asking where we were?! To which we asked why as the VITAL INFORMATION 'clearly' stated arrive prompt for a 2pm start.
We were asked if we could get there within the next few minutes, however we were 30miles away from the location of the zombie paintball, our stag party organiser explained this and we were told to hold where we were and Natalie wold call us back- some 30 minutes later and still no call??? so we rang back AGAIN> we were told that becuase we couldnt get there (i'm not sure we said that?!) that the organiser wouldnt let us take part in the event even though we could have been there for 10:30am (latest).
WHAT A SHAMBLES!!!!!
I paid #700GBP on my credit card to go go-karting so that the STAG could actually have a stag weekend he might enjoy!
and the best bit now....
apparently they (you Red7 if you are reading this) wont give us any kind of refund even though in your VITAL INFORMATION section it states quite clearly 2PM ARRIVAL!!!
I will circulate my message amongst all my friends and the internet (amongst the group of the 15 of us- there are Sales Managers, Company Directors and National Sales Reps) and make sure that anyone we know does not EVER use you again.
I will MAKE SURE that anyone that does research on google about your company sees this reveiw!

Such a dissapointing experience. I am apalled by their customer service lack of support, and disregard to administration and clerical errors made to key parts of the information distributed that in the end has ruined the Stags and 14 others weekend whom all paid hundreds for this nightmare. We have basically paid money for nothing and for them to disregard our complaints, sums up their integrity to value custom and customer satisfaction. Grab our money and wash your hands of it if something goes wrong!!.
DO NOT USE REDSEVEN!!
