Customer service was fantastic!! We were promised a tshirt for the hen which never arrived!! We had tickets for club es parades which was closed do we're all very annoyed as this was included in our price!!

Transfers were good to and from hotel.
Hotel it's self was clean and near all local amenities the only bad bit was you pay for sitcom when there but most machines didn't work!!
Food on site wasn't great but the bars by pool were fantastic.
I would stay in hotel again!

I would have liked to know clubs didn't open untill the weekend as we had tickets which we couldn't even use!!
