booked a holiday over 3 mnths ago ,wen paperwork was printed my partners name was spelt wrong yet they sent to his right e-mail adress with correct spelling,rung up several times to ask for it to b corrected to b told yes sum1 would return our call NOWONE!! rung bk eventually TOday 2weeks b4 we go it hopefully as been corrected but yet to receive e-mail with correct details AND WE STILL HAD TO PAY £20 JUST FOR THEM TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE OF 1 LETTER WRONG A "N" INSTEAD OF A "M"..its cost us in phone calls because every time we rung we was told theyd ring back but never did...
