We used Purple travel recently, and were ok to begin with...Until we parted with our money...they forgot to send our flight tickets and instead of just taking a deposit...they took all the money...which resulted us going over drawn, No one could even be bothered to ring us back to sort anything out, it was left to us to keep calling and emailing and even then we kept being fobbed off! We have written a letter of complaint to ABTA and awaiting a reply. talking to a brick wall would of been more forthcoming then these clowns at purple travel....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
