Thank you for your feedback. Many of our park owners take the balance on arrival but we are working on a more streamlined method with park owners who require payment in advance.

We love this site and go there as often ads possible staff are brilliant friendly and are always pleased to see us, when we needed a repair the warden helped us straight away. Spotlessly clean. There are always plenty of friendly caravanners ready to have a chat and share their days. Using the Shorefields facilities are excellent, they are clean and the staff are very kind and caring, they are always pleased to see you and welcome you with a smile. Hello, also having trouble printing my booking details. It will only let me print terms and conditions other fields left blank. I have tried numerous times without success.

I managed to review, choose and pay for a camping holiday in under 20 minutes which I think is fantastic! All the information required on one site to make a fast and informed decision (two words which don't usually go together!). I will definately be using the site again and recomending it to friends. The site could be improved by being more flexible regarding chosing the number of people on the holiday as this could be split from one week to the next and perhaps suggesting suitable... (read more)

Very clear, easy to navigate website and comprehensive criteria to tailor your search, with a straightforward booking process. Like the list of nearby sites listed. Nothing I dont like although one 'glitch' i discovered was that my criteria stated one child, yet it brought up a site that was adult only....thankfully spotted prior to booking! very warm welcome on our arrival, directions were easy to follow and well signposted. The camp facilities were spotless showers were very warm and toilets very clean. The camp had a very child friendly atmosphere and around 22.00hrs camp was nice and quiet which was helpful as it was easy to get kids asleep. I will deffo return in the future.
